Senate District 15 and House District 40 Special Election
In an effort to foster civic engagement and transparency, the Orange County NAACP along with other civic partners will host a Public Political Forum. The event will be on Monday, June 9, 2025 from 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM at the New Church of Faith, 5000 Silver Star Rd. Orlando, Fl. 32808. The event will feature candidates from multiple parties running for both House and Senate positions, who will come together to address the concerns of community members ahead of the upcoming election later this month.
This nonpartisan forum is open to the public and provides a unique opportunity for voters to hear directly from the candidates about key issues, including the economy, education, public safety, healthcare, and environmental policy. Attendees will also have the chance to submit questions during the moderated Q&A session.
